What is the minimum order?

Minimum 10 guests for catering or one tray for bulk orders.

How far in advance should I order?

We recommend 48–72 hours in advance. Larger events may require additional notice.

Do you offer setup, staff, or equipment?

Yes. Staffing, buffet setup, warmers, and on-site service are available for full-service events.

Can you create custom menus for weddings or studios?

Absolutely. We regularly build custom menus for productions, corporate teams, and special events.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We can adjust many dishes. Please inform us when placing your order.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. Balances must be paid before delivery or service.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders canceled within 48 hours become non-refundable due to preparation time.

Can I mix full-service with trays?

Yes — many clients combine trays with limited staffing for cost-effective hybrid events.

Do you offer delivery?

Catering tray orders are pickup-only at Tainos L.A.
Delivery is only available for full-service events, where our team handles setup and service.
For large corporate or studio orders, delivery may be approved on a case-by-case basis.

Where do I pick up my catering order?

Catering pickups are done at:

Pickup times will be confirmed when we finalize your order.

Do I need to bring anything for pickup?

We recommend bringing:

• A clean, flat trunk or backseat space

• A vehicle large enough for multiple trays

Our team will help load your order safely.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Yes — just provide their name in advance so we can confirm the pickup.

What happens if I’m running late for pickup?

We understand delays happen.
Please call us as soon as possible, and we will hold your order safely until you arrive.

Everything was delicious tastes just like puertorican food in the Bronx. One bite and it was like I was transported back to the Bronx with friends and family. The Tostones were thick and tasty, the sauce was amazing too. It took me back to my little island of PR. The service was absolutely amazing and very friendly. We showed up not knowing that they were closed that Sunday for a big catering job that they were doing. But they treated us so well and made time for us and it was great meeting them and talking to them. They prepared some great food for us to go, which we later enjoyed in the car.
